Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms apply to this website and the business research services offered by Zero Eight Sales LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, operating as Zero Eight Systems. These terms, the service description provided when ordering and any written scope agreed with you form the service agreement. Specific project terms agreed in writing by both parties take precedence for the matters they expressly address. Nothing in this agreement removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
1. Contact Information
For service questions, order support, cancellations or refund requests, contact Zero Eight Sales LLC, operating as Zero Eight Systems:
- Email: contact@zeroeightsystems.com
- Telephone: +1 (307) 323-3899
- LinkedIn: Zero Eight Systems
2. Business services and scope
These terms cover the following fixed-scope services:
- AI Visibility Snapshot
- Full AI Visibility Audit
- Competitive Analysis
- Commercial Position Benchmark
- Business Opportunity Assessment
The services are intended for business and professional use. You must be authorized to order on behalf of the relevant business or organization. Describing the intended use does not remove mandatory protections that may apply to a particular customer.
The relevant service description and agreed scope identify the business question, deliverables, exclusions, required inputs, delivery period and any included follow-up. The price covers that scope, not unlimited research, revisions, monitoring or implementation. Additional work requires a separate agreement on scope, price and timing before it is undertaken.
We provide evidence-supported research and commercial decision support with reasonable care and skill. The services are not legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Research reflects the available evidence and stated research period. Public sources can contain errors or omissions; AI responses can vary between platforms, prompts and dates; forecasts and recommendations involve assumptions, uncertainty and professional judgment.
We do not guarantee visibility, rankings, source completeness, revenue, market entry, investment returns or any particular commercial outcome. A negative finding or a recommendation not to pursue an opportunity may be a valid research result. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and for obtaining appropriate specialist advice. These limitations do not excuse a failure to perform the agreed work with the care and skill required by applicable law.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance in writing, including by email. The confirmation identifies the purchased service, applicable scope, price and delivery arrangements. A payment receipt alone records payment and is not a separate agreement to a different scope or additional work. If payment is taken for an order we cannot accept, we will refund it in full.
Prices are shown on the relevant service pages in US dollars. Stripe-hosted checkout displays the payment amount and any applicable taxes or currency conversion before authorization. Review those details before paying. If checkout does not match the advertised or agreed offer, contact us before authorizing payment. We will not substitute a different price or scope without your agreement.
Payment must be received before work begins unless both parties expressly agree otherwise in writing. These five fixed-scope services do not create a subscription or automatic renewal.
Business Opportunity Assessment: we first review your inquiry and proposed decision question, confirm whether it fits the service and propose the scope. You accept the scope, and we confirm acceptance of the engagement. Payment is then requested. Work begins only after payment and the required information have been received. Submitting an inquiry or taking part in scope review does not itself commit you to pay.
These terms and the applicable cancellation and refund information must be available before an order is placed. We obtain agreement to the service terms as part of ordering. Acceptance of these terms is separate from any consent required for optional marketing, data use or early performance under mandatory consumer law. Any separately required acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights must be obtained separately.
4. Delivery and client responsibilities
The delivery period stated in the service description or agreed scope begins on the agreed kickoff date, once the order has been accepted, payment has been received and the required information and scope confirmation are complete. We confirm kickoff and the applicable delivery window. Where the service page does not state a delivery period, it must be confirmed with you before payment; no different standard period is implied by these terms.
We will communicate material delays. Missing inputs, requested changes or other matters affecting the agreed schedule will be discussed with you, including any revised delivery date. Additional charges or an expanded scope require your agreement. Included clarification or follow-up is limited to what the relevant service description or written scope provides.
You must provide accurate, relevant information that you are authorized to share, respond to reasonable requests needed to complete the agreed work, and review findings in their stated context and limitations. Do not provide credentials, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on the research.
5. Cancellations, refunds and problems
Before work begins: you may cancel for a full refund of the amount paid for the affected service. We do not deduct a cancellation fee or payment-processing charge from that full refund. Work begins when substantive service-specific research, analysis, drafting or other agreed project work starts. Payment processing, initial service-fit or scope review and general order administration alone do not count as commencement of the paid work. We will notify you when project work begins.
After work begins: contact us to request cancellation. We will stop further work as reasonably practicable and fairly assess the work actually performed against the agreed scope. We will explain that assessment and refund the portion of the payment fairly attributable to unperformed work. We will not automatically retain the entire fee merely because work has commenced. Any greater refund or remedy required by applicable law remains available.
If we cannot provide agreed work, we will address an appropriate remedy, including a refund for work we cannot deliver and any additional remedy required by law. A negative research conclusion or the absence of a guaranteed commercial outcome does not, by itself, mean that the agreed service was not performed. This does not limit remedies for defective or unperformed work.
Request process: use the contact details in section 1 and identify the order and what you are requesting. We will acknowledge the request, verify the order and work status, explain the proposed resolution and consider relevant information you provide. Refunds are made through the original payment method where available, unless applicable law requires, or you agree to, another method. We will process refunds due without unnecessary delay and within any period required by law. Bank and payment-provider processing times may affect when a refund appears.
Mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal and other remedies remain available where applicable. Any legally required request to begin work during a withdrawal period, or acknowledgment concerning the loss of a withdrawal right, must be obtained separately. Merely visiting the website, accepting general terms or following a payment link does not waive those rights.
6. Materials and confidentiality
Once the relevant deliverables are paid for in full, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use and reproduce them within your organization for internal business purposes. You may share them with your employees and professional advisers for those purposes, subject to appropriate confidentiality and any stated third-party restrictions.
External publication, distribution to other businesses, sublicensing, resale or commercial repackaging requires our prior written permission, except where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority. This does not restrict your own information, independently developed materials or facts and third-party material that you are separately entitled to use.
We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools and other pre-existing or independently developed materials. Paying for a report does not transfer ownership of those materials or create rights in third-party intellectual property. Your own materials remain yours. Third-party sources and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable use conditions.
We handle non-public project information for the engagement and legitimate administration, subject to applicable law and any separate confidentiality agreement. We do not publish identifiable client case studies or confidential project materials without permission.
7. Website, third-party services and liability
We take reasonable care with the website but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every external source will remain current. Stripe and LinkedIn operate their own services under their own terms. Stripe processes payments; this does not alter our obligations for the service purchased from us. Do not interfere with the website, misuse its endpoints or submit unlawful material.
Liability cap: subject to the exceptions below and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an affected paid service, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that service. If a claim concerns more than one service, the cap is the total amount paid for those affected services. The cap does not reduce a refund due under section 5.
Exceptions: the cap does not apply to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, statutory remedy or right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected to the extent required by law.
If a limitation is not permitted or enforceable under the law applicable to a particular claim, it does not apply to that claim to that extent. The research limitations in section 2 do not remove obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by Wyoming law, United States, except where mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise. This does not deprive a consumer of non-waivable protection or restrict access to a court or regulator where applicable law preserves that right. Please contact us first about a dispute so that we can try to resolve it; this does not prevent you from exercising a legal right.
Updates apply prospectively from the date shown. They do not unilaterally replace the agreed scope, price or terms of an existing engagement. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information.
